Peanut Butter Fudge
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
- 12 ounces peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric fry pan.
- Turn heat on high and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Turn off heat and add other ingredients.
- Stir until marshmallows are melted.
- Pour into an 8-inch square pan.
- Cool.
